Faithful Steps Bootcamp is a 6 week program designed to get you sweating and burning serious calories to jump start the new year for better spiritual and physical health!! We will have a 20 minute bible study followed by a 35 minute non-stop bootcamp based workout. Bring all you have because your going to leave it all on the floor!
